We are making progress, sufficient that I am typing this from my desktop computer, in an air-conditioned room. There's still a lot to get done, both on the original unpacking etc. list, and things like "get some translucent curtains."

But this is starting to feel properly like home, even though we have yet to unpack any pots and pans, or open the box labeled "laundry": there is a lot to do, and while cattitude can do more than I can, especially in the heat, he's still only one person.

And now that I have this set up, I can go back to my editing work (Cattitude has a laptop, but it doesn't have Microsoft Word).
