Praise then darkness, and creation unfinished

Is anyone familiar, for good or ill, with a company called Schmap? They want to use one of my Flickr photos in a guide to New York. They offer no payment, but in other regards this looks plausible, and I'm not trying to do photography professionally (though I have earned money in the past, for the use of something less common than a picture of a butterfly).
