As of yesterday, the PT is mostly about strengthening (we're still doing ultrasound). Connected to that, I have the therapist's okay to start doing my regular exercises with both arms, with a bit of care, and some new exercises to do.
So, this morning's workout was a mix of my usual stuff and some PT things that I may or may not be doing long-term.
Pendulum stretches
Shrugs 10 pounds each hand 3x10
Squats 3x15
Crunches 3x15
Biceps curls left 15 pounds right 5 pounds, 2x12
Lat pulldown left hand 20 pounds right 7.5 pounds 3x12
arms away from midline 2.5 pounds each hand 12
Row left 15 pounds 2x12 right 7.5 pounds 2x12
Leg curls 85 pounds 12, 12, 7
Triceps pulldowns 17.5 pounds 12: I tried to do more of the work with left arm than right
Calf raises on stair 2x15
