A workout with Emilie, as best as I can remember:
Cardio 20 minutes, top heart rate 137
Rolled out the usual stuff
Hamstring bridge, 4 sets of 9
Ab work on small ball, 3 sets of 10, Emilie said my form was good, and it felt better/smoother than often
Squats leaning on ball, 3 sets of 15
Calf raises leaning on ball, 2 sets of 15
Stood on the foam roller and played catch for a while; went pretty well, including how I recovered from being off-balance or off-center
Standing on wooden balance platform:
Lat pulldown, 50 pounds, 3 sets of 12
Back exercise, 25 pounds, 3 sets of 12
"Hug a tree," 25 pounds, 2 sets of 12 (back on the platform after a few weeks of doing this one on solid ground)
Triceps exercise, 25 pounds, 3 sets of 12
Standing on the blue curved thing:
Biceps curls, 10 pounds each hand, 15, 15, 11 (I think)
Lateral raise, 2.5 pounds each hand, 2? sets of 12. I wanted to do this because I couldn't remember the procedure on Monday; we tried 5 pounds for 3 reps but it was too much
Row sitting on a peanut-shaped thing, 40 pounds, 12; 35 pounds, 2 sets of 12
On an unrelated positive note, I noticed on the way home this evening that the tips of my left thumb and index finger were tingling: and realized that this was the first time in a couple of days. So that's good.
