TV Tropes is notoriously a time-eating website, which I figure means it was a good way to spend a day or two when I was trying to take things very easy. Wandered around, followed and read links, and (surprise) created a login so I could fix a few typos.
Other than that, I have made apple cakelings, the first baking I've done in months; drunk tea; read some; and thought about packing.

papersky and rysmiel. At the moment, there's a blizzard warning for the coast from south of New York to north of Boston, but I think the trains will go through, even if a bit more slowly than the schedule says.
I won't be online as much while I'm traveling; my cell phone works in Boston but not in Canada.
