While I eat more regular potatoes than sweet potatoes, I prefer sweet potatoes for a lot of things, and will generally ask for them if given a choice. I sometimes bake (or microwave) a sweet potato, and have that, with butter and nutmeg or allspice, and a glass of milk for lunch.
