It didn't seem terribly complicated, given an electric whisk (whisk attachment for a stick blender).
A lot of souffle recipes contain dairy. I'm not sure if this recipe was an exception, or if she had to adjust/substitute; I also don't remember whether that's a problem for you or your household.
