[Nods.] I go to a wimpy girly gym (Curves) and really enjoy it. Their circuit training works for me because I don't have to think -- the voice automatically says "move to the next station" every thirty seconds and the machines are resistance-style so I don't have to think about weights, either. It gives me enough of a work-out with room to grow so it's neither useless or intimidating. My plantar fasciitis has been pretty bad for months and the exercises at the gym don't interfere with that. (Walking as exercise is not a great option right now because of that.) I'm noticing some positive changes physicially and it's good for me mentally as well. It's worth the money for me.
