I did more than usual on some exercises, and Emilie commented more than once on how well I was doing things. And then my thighs told me about it on the walk home, but that's normal "I have exercised" levels, not problematic. (My knees hurt on my way to the gym, so I took ibuprofen and then dug right in; I hope that wasn't a mistake.)

Cardio, 22:00, top heart rate 144
Rolled out IT band, etc.
Hamstring bridge, 4 sets of 10
Psoas exercise, 3 with each leg, on the last one I didn't have as good control.
Yoga tree
[That before Emilie got there]

Ab work on large ball, three sets of 10
Squats on ball, 3 sets of 15
Calf raises on ball, 3 sets of 15
Standing on foam roller, okay, but not as good as last Thursday (Emilie thought the difficulty in the one-leg stuff was just muscle fatigue from the extra reps on the squats and calf raises).

Lat pulldown, 35 pounds, 3 sets of 12
Triceps thing with that machine, 20 pounds, 2 sets of 12 (notes say, I think there may have been three sets)
"Hug a tree," 20 pounds, 2 sets of 12
The other exercise pulling down on that machine, 20 pounds, 2 sets of 12
[All of the above standing on the wooden balance platform]
Row sitting on ball, 40 pounds, 15, 12; 35 pounds, 12 (all weights slightly higher than usual on that machine with that setting, because I used heavier handles)
Biceps curls standing on the blue hemisphere (which has a name I keep forgetting), 7.5 pounds each hand, 2 sets of 15
