I now have *lots* of cardamom.
jenett just dropped off an order from Sophia's Greek Pantry, and added a container of cardamom seeds from her household supply. This means I have cardamom pods and ground cardamom (both from Penzey's) and whole cardamom seeds without pods, from Jen.
The grocery order itself includes two dozen eggs, on a shape of tray that isn't usually used for retail; olives, pita bread, tzatziki, meat pies, baklava, and more oregano than we're likely to use. When I ordered the eggs, the person I was talking to said she "might have to rubber-hand them together," but that I would get them. With the oregano, I asked for "a jar" and got 80 grams, which is a lot.
