I just went for a nice walk--the paths are mostly clear of snow, and it's warm enough to stop periodically and look at trees and sky and such. (There is still some ice and snow, and the mask always interferes with vision a little, so I was looking down a lot.)
Less cheerfully, I overdid something (mousing, most likely) yesterday. So today is caution, doing things with my arm when appropriate, and little mousing. Also muscle relaxants, naproxen, and acetominophen (because the muscle relaxant pills I have are a combo of those two and caffeine.)Typing seems to be okay, in moderation, but so much of what I'm doing these days involves the mouse, or moving my shoulder in ways that seem likely to be a bad idea right now.
This is exacerbation of a chronic thing, for which I still do PT exercises (though less frequently than the hip and shoulder ones). Also, it's Thursday afternoon and the 24th of December; if it isn't a lot better by Monday, I will call my doctor's office.
